Very bad company. HR is good but they cant do anything. Bad political environment. New joinee suffers the most. DGM and site head also involve in all bad politics. Some old employee torture new joinee. Only and only local villagers can do job in this compny.

Dislikes

Even they dont provide you desktop and seating chair. They forced to do workeven on holiday. I worked for 30-40 days without weekly off...
