I have been working with Amogha Polymers for nearly seven years now & I am very happy with the management & the friendly work environment. Of late I have been observing that some Ex- Employees of our branches, especially , Patna, Ranchi & Cuttack are posting some nasty comments about our company in Ambition Box with the sole purposeof spoiling the reputation of the company. Through this posting, I would like to clarify to all of you that these are basically fraud people who have lost their jobs due to non performance & now trying to blame the management for their failure. Mostly these are sales guys who dump the goods on customers without working in the market & when the outstanding goes out of control naturally they get sacked by the management. Then they start this drama of posting nasty comments such "Worst company " "Worst management " / "Never join this company " etc. Likes : Professionally managed corporate setup. Hard working & Sincere employees are amply rewarded. Systems & Procedure are in place for all departments. Management is transparent & open to suggestion....Read More
