"m worked around 1 year, here Not right place to employees, bcoz of poor maintenance, less salary , they did not pay the salary in time, the owner has a not constant mind always changing his thoughts, n he behaves like a rude with employees, all about hotel is very worst

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
