It’s highly unprofessional place to work. The director is a ridiculous person who keeps on humiliating teaching staff . No employee rights are preserved . Everything goes on a favour of company . Dumb people work here and consider them so old chaps , they are actually parasites of the organisation. Whole office is run by female bosse s which makes it worst as they are ladies who are tortured from their own families and they come to office to torture the employees. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> No HR policy . </mark>They have hired a lawyer intact who is completely unprofessional. Very lethargic HR department and senior people are never there to help their subordinates and colleagues since they themselves do not have any authority. People are discouraged from taking any stand else there will be unsaid consequences. They are just the rubber stamp. Highly centralis ed organization which leaves no opportunity for the rest of the team. And teachers need to act as per the students requirement for attendance. Everything is attendance centric. Lot of flattery exists. If you are good at it, you may join AUJ , you will be thriving. There is no proper healthcare benefits for such a huge organization located in jharkhand. The Company is a good dump yard for the retired personnel who have nothing to do with the Career Growth of themselves also they don't bother about the career growth of the staffs working under them. They just enjoy the retired life by not doing anything and earning a decent salary plus pension.

No on job training for engineers. Salary Growth is ultra slow. You will receive appreciation letters but forget about the salary increments. It will take 8 years to get a promotion & sometimes even more than that. No defined policies for staff appraisal & welfare. All the staff are waiting for the last 4 years for a salary hike. As an experienced graduate engineer, you should not join Amity Power Management Department as you have to work under ITI holders and they have reached up to AGM level by praising the boss. They are expert in vicious internal politics and will get you transferred to the outstation site as early as possible.
