They will hire you by giving 1or2 k extra in comparison to other companies and then you wont get any increment and when you will ask for the increament they will start point out on rubbish things. This is their company foundation. They simply use people and then they will fire you without giving any experience letter.

Transparent Management as if you have planned leaves then they never interrupt you , Have the limit of 4 Late comings in a month + 5 more minutes for entry . Casual leaves are always helpful in Sick leaves or urgency work ( no deduction ) in salary. Provides the high Increment to the well deserving employees who consider their honesty and dedication for the company .

Dislikes

When the employees do not accept their own mistakes ( attitude , illegal works ) and because of ,it is important for the management to take actions against them hence lay off or less appraisal.
