Working culture, Friendly Environment, staff is like a family, Directors are very Humble and Polite. Increment structure is very good. Training is the main key on which they focus. Cons: 1. Weird HR Policies, you can't work in same industry if you leave the job from there. 2. This company is one of the best silicon tubing manufacturing company so there is no different option to switch in same industry. So Overall it's a Great Company to work.
