Old employees with no skills, even they don't know how to communicate how to write emails they are leading departments and creating problems for new employees and doing politics and amazingly HR is also enjoying this and involved. Worst HR department and leads you will see in the company even they don't know how to work in HR dept. Management never sticks in their words and are totally influenced by HR person and doing the same as that person is saying taking wrong decision every time and creating problems for new employees. Also while recruiting No HR person will let you know that there is a bond that you have to sign when you leave the company that for next 3 years you can not work with the same sectors and if you do then they can take legal action on you.
