I dislike the year-end bonus factor which is like 25% of your in hand monthly salary. It is difficult to negotiate outside. Secondly, AWM&RVS department is the most pathetic department. The work that is done here has no value in other companies. Only 10% of the work force in this department has skills which matters in the industry, but the rest are qualified to work there only. They cannot switch to any other company and take a big jump in their salary. Bottomline: if you are looking for entry level job then only join AWM department. There are a few leaders (One with initials as B.S. - he is a super bullsh**) who are non-technical, do not understand the technology, efforts, and integrity of others working under them. They work with ill intention, and with jealous nature and have a biased approach and inhumane nature. Even if that means screwing the careers of the others, they simply don't care. In fact, a favourism is there towards people from South India. Promotions are towards them and efforts of theirs gets appreciated a lot compared to North Indian people. Without any reason they also mark people as unfit for rehire in case a person leaves organisation after being harassed.
