Most if the important people in the organization are approachable and at times provide support to lower and middle level employees.

Dislikes

No learning curve. Nobody follows the process here and if someone like to stick to the process, people in the organization will oppress him/her. No work life balance, you may have to work till 3 at night or might have to work on off Saturday and Sunday. Terrible increments and promotion. Functional head will not respond to your email unless they need your help. A lot of senior emoyee doesn't even know how to write an email. Function heads no idea about their part of work. This is a poorly managed organization. Your performance will only be recognize, if you have any godfather above you in the Company. Terrible increments. Most of the people here are working at the same position for more than 15 years. Terrible promotion.

ATC is supporting in terms of payments of employees. We receive payments on time, furthermore, no salary cut or hold happened during and after the Covid-19 lockdown when other corporate was suffering. Noone was told to left the job.

Dislikes

Work culture is very poor here. People at the higher, middle or lower level doesn't read mails even if they do, they do not understand it. Nobody follow the procedure defined by the company. No work appreciation. There is no growth in terms of skills. Moreover, it doesn't matter to them whether you are skilled or good at work, they will pay you poorly because their HR doesn't understand you work and your degrees and your college. Most of the people are not good at anything, however, they are paid higher because they knew the employer already....Read More
