Hi, i worked with this company for close to one year. The good thing about this company is I got one good hearted manager, i could say the name, but he'll end up in trouble. Salary is on right time.

Dislikes

The worst thing is sales strategy and the greediness of the management. I think the sales head name is Mahesh sethuram (haven't met him personally), he is such a headache for the employees. Without knowing the ground reality, and having very very low manpower (only one abm and rbm) for a territory and maybe additional 2 rookies forground work, he expects such agressive business volume. This company. This company will never invest 1 rupee for marketing strategies or advertising. They expect only the abm and rbm and corner the other 1 or 2 rookies for target archivement. That is the most horrible thing. They expect abm or rbm or tdm(territory development manager), which is me to do some black magic or hypnotize the doctors to bring business. While the other competitors spend huge on manpower and advertisement and other marketing and sales strategies, these guys will never spend 1 rupee and want 25lakh rupee business just only with the mouth. These guy are so stingy that they won't give a tab for sales people for product explanation to the doctors. Even, small or very small companies sales people visit doctors with atleast 5-6 years old iPad for product discussion, we will go with paper pamphlets. I wonder what sort of opinion will that create about the company to the doctors. I feel ashamed to Carry pamphlets where other company guys carry tabs, mostly ipads (atleast 5-6 years old). They have some idiotic targets on campaigns and they force us to do that. The real worst part is daily reporting through WhatsApp. I worked with top companies, even there, there is no daily reporting. And the crazy thing is mostly it's fake data and that we'll do it for satisfying only mr. Magesh. I wonder how come a pan India sales head can be such a stupid to belive this-what is he trying to prove? I wonder mr. Magesh is taking a huge cut as his salary and never spends a penny on advertisements and manpower. He archives the sales only by squeezing the innocent employees. The management should hire who is more rational with the field and market trend rather than couple of bald headed coat suit wearing buffoons who never experienced rain or sun and doesn't know where their company stand and what is their company's potential and what to rationally expect from ground staff. I had a worst increment of only 700rs per month on gross pay. Before getting the revised salary i resigned the job. Maybe, i could've got 500 extra per month if i continued there. If I had minimum of 10% increment as per normal company standards, my increment should be 3000. Just see where they stand. And finally, they are more secretive. I was questioned when I shared a farewell thank you message in whatsapp groups. Is that a crime? These things never happened in my past companies. I even had a fairwell party with the past companies. Simply, as i understand they just want to hide their failures even from their own employees. And the ultimate crazy thing which I heard before my resignation is they were planning on launching tracking system to track the ground staff. This is the trust they have with the employees.
