Ability to make a difference and impact on the ground with your work brings tremendous satisfaction. The role requires interaction with different stakeholders such as the government schools (principal, teachers, students), donor (CSR team) and internal (Trainers, Team Leads, Project Leads). Salary is good. My teammates were supportive and really nice people (depends on which team you are put in)

Dislikes

Lack of proper planning, vision and strategy leads to poor implementation and execution of programs. This tends to put the person working in the ground under unnecessary pressure and stress All Saturday's are working which is kind of unnecessary. Yearly Contract and lack of pay slips

The trainer helped me settle in to the job by teaching me what ever was required even though there was no formal training session. Role involves visiting government schools daily and training teachers, conducting programs, etc...
