Management, policies, work culture. Just name it and you will find it bad. Even if you have an offer, give atleast one month time before joining.

Everything is awesome here, only working environment is not good because of politics and pressure given by one of the directors.

The work pressure given by the director. Due to which most of the fresher are mentally disturbed and not interested to work, and they even cant leave because of 3yrs bond.

This company work culture, ethics, security is just horrible and would recommend people not to join in this company if you do not want to waste your time. This is the only company in my entire career I have seen who has bond if you leave the company within 2 yrs and take lot of money from employee if they leave the organisation and the best example is me.
