Salary & Benefits. Hybrid Work from Home policy and also Manager approved WFH twice a year for 2 weeks.

Work Culture is very toxic and driven by selected people with zero consideration for employees personal life. Although not everyone is the same, but as the higher management itself is toxic it impacts overall work environment to the point who is not used to this work culture will feel suffocated.

Management is abysmal. If you are not working on a special project or something they care about expect to be ignored and forgotten. No yearly reviews, no progress reports nothing. Scheduling 1 on 1 time with you manager is pointless because they will mostly ignore your complainants as they are too busy with more important project. They will lie and say that they want to work with you to make things better but that time never comes. You will never be given a chance for promotion or pay raise unless you are seen as a favorite by management. You can also except no guidance on how to improve or what exception are concerning you work or position. Job functions changes often and without warning and you are mostly informed long after management has decided on things so you have no input on any process but management also wants you to take control of process that they will ignore your input on to do whatever they want.
