It's good to work with American Axle and manufacturing because you get to learn about many systems. Also they have a 10% bonus every year which is paid fully. Managers are good. You have to learn many things by yourself.

Career Growth seems slow.

I am very Happy to join AAM group. Culture of the company is good. My colleague are very supportive. Lots of learning facilities are available in the company. Training is also available. Salary is good.

Nothing , the only thing is good here is that they have general shift but again you have to be on time everyday you can not come late and go late, you have to do 9:30 to 6:30 exact

1. Bad office timing (they only calculate your time between 9:30 to 6:30) 2. No proper RnR defined 3. They will give any work regardless of your profile or experience 4. Upper management is dominating always scare you 5. They can ask you to sign bond for 2 years as well
