Company culture is very bad, you will not feel comfortable in any case from the day one. You can't take the decession as a leader, But you will be pushed to take the leadership. You can't use your mind, if you use your mind, you supposed to be fire. My supervisor was mad and can't take any decession if he felt his job is in risk, also he can fire you to save his job in any case either you are right or wrong. You will not get any relevant tranning. No Job security from the day one. You have to pressurised by your manager to give the new ideas but he took all credit for your work....Read More

Not a good company, no job security, not a good working culture, growth plan is good for most seniors only. Not a subject matter training. Work pressure is only for documentation which will be followed in future, means only documents creation for non productivity work and at the end of the year you will be declare as a non performerand on behalf of this you will get the performance rewards.
