Only boot-l$#kers & bucket-holding yes-men can have a successful career. Others will have to struggle on a daily and eventually either resign or get fired since you will not fitting the categories mentioned in the first line. No work-life balance. So called leaders have very fragile egos and autocratic attitude Absolutely no systemin place The corporate office abroad is not bothered how the organisation is managed in India as long as they get the revenue. If you are not your manager's favourite, you are doomed Poor office infrastructure and welfare facilities In my opinion, this is a fake MNC.
