Likes

Big name of the brand & it's legacy does helps you. The corporate office in Ahmedabad is just too lavish. Benefits are good.

Dislikes

Employees are over burdened with work with no clear direction. No thoughtful discussions are happening inside the organization for a better future. People are being promoted & hired because of there age & duration in the company. Young people should not join this company as they don't' need you at all. New ideas has no space in the organization & more over the clarity of though on new businesses doesn't exists....Read More
