Ambuja cement was excellent under Holcom administration. Job culture was Good.

Dislikes

Now under Adani administration, there is no job security. Adani HR wants resignation from numbers of permanent employees to shift that employees in contract. And they wanted resignation verbally, not by email communication, which is very poor culture. It's a current situation.
