No job security, Non professional management, No work ethics, Only relatives/known people of management give good reviews, They hire and fire people so quickly like they are playing game with people career, Only One day or Maximum seven day notice period from company side, They keep 15% variable part of your CTC offered, saying thatyou will get this amount after 1 year but they will try to make you resign or terminate you before 1 year and they will never give that 15% of your CTC...
