I enjoy working with super talented seniors and colleagues as it improves my productivity as well work become easier. I am exposed to new challenges regularly, which helps which help me develop both professionally and personally.

Dislikes

There is nothing I dislike about Ambit Collective, but they can do minor changes to improve themselves. They can do some changes as per me:- Some small changes in management. To motivate their workers they can pay extra for extra working hours.

Partner and the project manager often found abusing. The work is of only data entry and they call it auditing. U have to follow a roster lets break this roster meaning u get a day off in a week that to u have to tell them in one month in advance u heard me right, one month in advance and that irresponsible partner can do what everhe likes. U can change ur week off because u have already decided. Ur alone time, on the 2 nd of ur job ur given a dealership where u have to work and no one of ur compy is there and the people of dealership does not like u , so u have ur phone and ur self to talk to u. All of them behave like aunties There is no pay u take one day of leave ur tagged on their group Festival leaves are also not mandatory u have to come and work on that day also. Overall it’s a shit that u will be steping into the hr does not know anything or does not know any policy ,the problem is only the partner is CA and the rest are uneducated who are not even educated. Speaking of education at ur so called alloted dealership there is not professionals u will have to fight and when i mean fight like litreally fight with them for corporation.
