Great feedback. We are delighted that you love the culture and the experience we wish to provide our teams. As for your feedback on meet-ups, we cannot tell you how much we miss it ourselves. We hope with COVID gradually dying down, we can soon get back to starting with this.

Transparency is one of the core principles at Ambit Collective, and hence, given the client expectations, we have always transparently incorporated the same in our hiring process. This is one of the core principles at Ambit Collective that learning never stops, and was evident during lock down when no one was relieved, and idle time was utilised to conduct more than 40 sessions. We believe it is a collective effort which can help us provide an environment where everyone can learn and thrive, and hence, encourage you to reach out to the HR team for any further insights that you can share which will help us to improve the experience we wish to provide our people.
