The Legal department. Specifically GURMEET SINGH SACHDEVA. An unbearable person who shouts about knowledge but don't have any. A retired bank official engaged as a legal head. Is aadmi ko kuch aata h nahi legal procedures ka or bnta h apne ap me Supreme Court ka Judge. Bs chilla chilla kr k apni baat upr rkhta h taki koi isko galatna prove kre. Logon ko tanng krta h or kehta h k log mujhe tanng krte hain. Jeeta jaagta rakshas h ye If employees start to behave like the way he wants, he will act like a god to them & rest can go to hell. He doesn't respect the girls who respects their integrity. Its better to stay unemployed rather than going in Legal department in Ambience and work under this silly man. The most disliked thing in the Ambience is the Legal department and in that too the HOD of the department GURMEET SINGH SACHDEVA. The most hateful,disrespectful,unkind, arrogant, disdainful, pretentious, scornful, mocking personality. He's a worm in this company who poisons the aura of working. He yells so badly to cause heart attack. He eats your brains out and consider himself to be the greatest judge without being one. He is an infamous figure in the office. Even words are not enough to describe his audacity,shamelessness. He thinks that he is the master of everything while he is absolutely not rather he pretends to be. He can't bear anybody's intelligence over and above him. He will find ways to put you down, if he gets none then he will impose something upon you and then shouts restlessly. Girls/women who are willing to praise him and follow him blindly wherever he goes can join, else it is not a good place for women as well as men. If you are a female, please don't join this company even if it is the last company in the world. Environment of the company is just pathetic and negative. Mr. Gurmeet Singh Sachdeva is the HOD of the legal department, just a useless person who knows nothing about law, have no respect towards the employees (except only the girls who can impress him and sit in his cabin for hours. This man made each day in the company terrible. I use to cry every single day while coming back home. this guy curse you to any level, say things that are so demeaning....Read More

15-20 days Delay in salary, HOD - HR & HOD - LAW are very rude people. Mr. Gurmeet Singh Sachdeva is a useless man with very poor knowledge of legal things even this guy is 70 year old uncle and has completed his law degree in 2021 that too from CCS University Meerut. He has absolutely zero knowledge of legal procedures and court work and literally the legal department has only the work of shooting mails to various advocates and asking next date of hearing. The man is himself a legend in complicating simple works and he shouts randomly on employees. Sachdeva is a 3 feet tall useless full time arrogant man who thinks that he has a bigger name than most of the senior Advocates. This man was a mere govt bank employee at start who was taken into this company on mercy shown by our MD. Then he humiliates the knowledgeable legal staff and plays political grudge games and tries to pressurise them. If you're ready to worship him, then he will treat you as his kid. It is a special advise to female staff to not to join the legal department as Mr. Sachdeva is a characterless man and is a simp. He favors women for his biological needs as he is a old uncle and his eyes are not good he always tries to take advantage of female staff by giving them lots of work so that they can be there in his cabin and he should stare them abruptly ....Read More
