Nothing to like, worst company .HODs doesn't know how to talk ethically. Always 2-3 month delay in salary.even giving salary is a favour from them..No increasment since 6 years. Accounts HOD has not relationship with Ethics. If you want to join Ambience .Get your self-respect out of the office doormate.

Work policy which modify according to their use and scenario. They discriminate nad exploit people according to their caste or religion. They dont pay salary on time normally dues are more than 3 months and pay in month end and if you resigned they surely dislike you and wont pay remaining salary.

My teammates were owesom, but as far as head of the department is concerned do it on your own risk. Learning u may forget that things because u may forget what you exactly know. U may lost ur motivation factor u already have. The most important thing, when it comes to ur salary time, there may be not less than a months gap when it's due and credited into ur account. The most disliked thing in the Ambience is the Legal department and in that too the HOD of the department GURMEET SINGH SACHDEVA. The most hateful,disrespectful,unkind, arrogant, disdainful, pretentious, scornful, mocking personality. He's a worm in this company who poisons the aura of working. He yells so badly to cause heart attack. He eats your brains out and consider himself to be the greatest judge without being one. He is an infamous figure in the office. Even words are not enough to describe his audacity,shamelessness. He thinks that he is the master of everything while he is absolutely not rather he pretends to be. He can't bear anybody's intelligence over and above him. He will find ways to put you down, if he gets none then he will impose something upon you and then shouts restlessly. Girls/women who are willing to praise him and follow him blindly wherever he goes can join, else it is not a good place for women as well as men.
