From the start of the day, they expect you to come right on time i.e. 9.30 AM. Anything more than 9:40 AM, thrice, strikes a half day on your attendance which is to be maintained by your on a monthly employee card. From your entry to the exit, Every moment tracking on employee is a daily routine. Talking to your colleagues? expect acall from the manager soon. Repetitive tasks that exhausts you to the day end. The atmosphere and the environment makes you sick within a month. You get a 30 min break for lunch and you need to finish up in 30 mins. They expect you to work late and literally pay you nothing for it. They serve tea in the morning and evening which tastes worst then warm sugared water. The management looks at ways to cut your wages if you take leaves and at the same time restrict you from taking leaves. The entire management is screwing employees over mistakes made by themselves. No growth and no appraisal. Least appreciation of efforts and they just expect you to work like mules....Read More
