The thing i liked was work through set standards and parametres everything being produced is according to drawing and equiments are used sfter calculation. Also i liked company canteen facility like they are serving hyginic healthy food daily i loved that.

Dislikes

Dislikes are that you need to inform your boss and hr about leaves you are taking less holiday work on weekends so ya this was the bad thing.

Every thing is disappointing Working hours is 11 hours Manage more then 3 plant Travelling is in your scope travel expenses not provide by company. Promotion only for relatives of managers and buttering person do for those which working for company. Means not join this organisation

There is no culture plant head is harrase the staff there is no system even at all no standard they are following in terms of safety no SOP and jhajjar 1 plant head shouting over a nonsense things they pressurize employee and timing is not good and lots of politics even plant head is not consider safety as important
