Work life balance is very bad. Lots of internal issues with other departments. Tight Project deadline, low employees as needed. High work pressure. Less supportive people. Holidays are compromised depending upon project.

Work Details

Design and Development of Air conditioners new models balancing the system cycle thermodynamic-ally,designing system tubing 3D/2D ,sheet metal components and other parts, providing BOM, production guidelines, ECN and other necessary docs. to prod. house.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
