It's an MNC with its own view and values, in international level it has a good working culture but when it comes local Indian management they cannot keep up the promises. Overall its upto the reporting manager talent. How ever you are talented and if your reporting manager doesn't show any interest its useless. But loved the company still if I got opportunity I will join the company.
