Company gives opportunity to everyone to grow but some times every thing is not done as per company policy, there are also impact of peoples. But in terms of salary and other facilities Amazon is at top as per my journey.

The culture of targetting one person by searching loopholes in Amazon policy and thorough the employees out side the organisation by HR Team and SLP Team to show their work, even there are so many big unethical things happening in network but they targetting the honest and simple employee on their little mistakes.

It is good to work in Amazon as a girl and a boy can work together. The security of Amazon is very good and the temperature there is also good.

Dislikes

There is a lot of work pressure in the Amazon warehouse and our PA, RA, manager make the associates do a lot of work for their promotion and threaten the associates with termination from the warehouse and many old The associate has also been terminated and the HR people of the warehouse also do not say anything. The organization is pathetic in terms of politics. Leaders as they say it-have no leadership skills. They deal with associates and behave the same way with Blue badges. they remove the chair from floor to not let people sit. Its a no no for any candidate if you have even an ounce of talent and some self respect. Work hours during visits and peak are boundless and they even expect to work on sunday.
