I got selected by a direct walk-in. Likes:- -Work culture -Ambience -Many things to learn -Over Time benefits -Allows a subordinate to have ownership.

Dislikes

I got selected by a direct walk-in. Dislikes:- -Over Hiring is slowly turning it into like a BPO to some extent. -Targets keep on increasing. -Initially we used to rest and chill during our free time now we are made to do some other work during the free time. What I intend to say is, working continuously sometimes makes a person feel too monotonous.

I got selected in Amazon by a direct Walk-in. Work:- I worked in three companies till now however without a second thought I can say that Amazon is the best. I was working there as a senior fraud investigator.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
