Good culture and they pay for overtime during peak season

Too much of politics in the company and specially for internal job transfer, they prefer women to occupy the posts as they follow the so called "DEI" policy. And the post that I am in right now, you have to be your managers favourite to grow or from the same community.

Internal work culture and respect for employees also how they value empathy

Dislikes

Promotions and growth are pathetic at few beginners level, no matter what you do they will not give promotions in less than 5-6 years that too if you have some good connections and bonding with senior management. So if you are growth orientated then never join Amazon in few of the starting levels, like L2 or L3.

I like Nothing about amazon supply chain

Dislikes

I hate Everything about Amazon supply chain. Program Managers and L7 misbehave. Don't join teams with managers Divya Kapoor, Samaddar Indranil and Aseem Khosla. They all take grudge on employees. Favouritism and groupism is their forte. If you have no choice then join but take IJP in 6 months.

1. payscale is above the market standard 2. Very fast moving organisation with everyday a new one- lots of new learning

1 . Zero work life balance (by Zero I meant a FULL on ZERO) 2. Being fast moving organisation; changes are sudden and it takes a lot of time for one to accept and settle down 3. mostly Top to bottom approach, with not much feedback are taken from actual operators
