Trainer and manager was cool, Good environment, good work-life balance, well planned transport system and food coupons, Ample amount of leaves etc...

Often hiring people for fixed term, Contract system is bad it ruins many freshers. It seems like they are using freshers and just leaving them back. They don't want to make them permanent. It happens always in most of the departments.

Very good teammates , training level of senior is excellent, of course politics is there in every job, there is no job guarantee, they hired people in contract bases when huge volume in work flow

They hired me in contract bases for three months after that again i got a call from Amazon for next three months of contact bases, just because of high volume in work flow. No MNC company will give you two time contract base job, when I performed well in company without any leaves and all why can't they give me a full time employment?
