I personally liked the people over there & the work culture. We follow a western trend of a workspace culture where in we address every employee by their first names or nicknames instead of addressing them with specific titles like SIR/MA'AM/BOSS etc. The employee benefits were good. Amazon took care of your travel & all other work related expenses and all you have to do was to come to work, login/logout at the right time, repeat. We got a 2 day consecutive week-off with 5 day work schedule which was a rotational one based on company's requirement. I personally developed my English Language skills, interpersonal skills, communication skills very much & overall it was really fun to work at Amazon. I made new friends/colleagues there & mostly everyone were extroverted & broadminded people and it really feels good to work with such people around you who share the same mindset as yours. :Cons (Based On Personal Opinion): 1) The work that you do might get a bit boring and a little bit stressful as the days pass by however this should be considered because it's gonna be the same with any other job outside haha! 2) Work Shifts change for every 2 or 3 months so getting used to it might be a bit challenging at first but you're gonna get used to it later on!😉 3) It's a desk job so you'll lack a lot of physical activity so it's an advice to do some stretching now and then. Joining a gym when you're at home should help you stay both physically & mentally fit. 4) You'll have to reach weekly targets at any cost (either reach the target or at least be closer to reaching it) or else you probably might have to face a tough time with your manager lol!😂 Well, this wraps up the cons at Amazon for my specific position that I worked for! Do get at least 8 hours of sleep everyday tho or else you won't be able to perform well at work ngl!😇...Read More
