Likes

Amazon is a great place to work however if your new to the industry or fresher its better to go a challenging roles in Amazon and keep your options open for skills based roles. Will not recommend any role with is not based on the IT skills.

Salary - Good
Company culture - Excellent
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Growth area is something that will take a lot of time in Amazon. Although its good in the beginning but you will regret staying more than 2 years with out growth. Benefits like stock compensation practices and transportation and Sodexo for food are getting older and needs a rise since it has n ot changed since its inception in India</mark>....Read More
