Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day asa I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value ans individuals unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during mid-year appraisals. Amzon is place where politics have no place. The campus is the main attraction. Work culture is good within tjr team. The salary is reasonable, travel facility is available. Cafeteria is the best.

Dislikes

The work in non techincal is very boring. The break hours are very strict we should work daily with same pH and accuracy if defeats or any issue occurs the trainer will have one on one and give lecture as you did a crime. Shifts are rotational takes time to adjust. Growth in non techincal side is very slow and need good number in performance through out the years to change one level to higher.
