5 days working is just a single thing I like at Amazon.

Dislikes

There are fake degree holders become managers and Team Lead in india, by chit chatting .They even don't know how to run operation, and how to talk with outher employees. All contractual employees working hard and all profits, salary and recognition took by fake degree holders.

Company gives opportunity to everyone to grow but some times every thing is not done as per company policy, there are also impact of peoples. But in terms of salary and other facilities Amazon is at top as per my journey.

Dislikes

The culture of targetting one person by searching loopholes in Amazon policy and thorough the employees out side the organisation by HR Team and SLP Team to show their work, even there are so many big unethical things happening in network but they targetting the honest and simple employee on their little mistakes.

Likes

Good workplace for freshers as we get to learn a lot. Work culture will depend on your direct manager, it can be both good and bad. If your manager is good you will have a great work experience in Amazon.

Dislikes

Chances of promotions is very less in the Safety department as there aren't many positions. Unnecessary urgency is created to keep everyone in stress.

The pay you get here. It is more than average. But when it comes to work like balance, it is absolutely none The only thing you will like here, the Sefety and culture and the page you get

The work life balance varies from department to department As I belong to operations. The current condition is not at all good. You have very competitive environment. And they have the culture to eliminate at least one people who is lower performer.

I enjoy the opportunity to interact with people from diverse backgrounds and help them with their questions and problems

Dislikes

I spend most of my day doing data entry on the computer, rather than interacting with customers. Although I enjoy using my technical skills, I'd rather work in a position where I can also use my communication and listening skills to help customers.

Becos there have no opportunity to upgrade my career and receiving promotion. Working behaviour in cultural is too much toxic TL supervisor using abuser language towards riders.

World's best policy company to work in, if you are working hard then you will definitely get paid. Your intentions must be pure to deliver best for customers. You will love be part of awsmm team. Might be seeing negetive comments but depends on person to person experience. Mine is superb with awsmm company to work in and having always supportive team

Station team not given roots shuffling, a one person working Amazon also another work for same Amazon store also working Amazon flex the local roots.. and another one issue is cash handover to directly please change it.. we are directly bank deposit Amazon account number with IFSC code,( it is your wish)
