There is full of job security from the company,and the work culture is very good,and the management is full of supportive to the employee's,the company policies are attractive giving such good salary and bonus.

As of my experience there is no dislikes from the company.

Salary is top notch. Really impressive Benefits. Communication is the most important factor. No job security if you're on contract role.

Dislikes

Contract roles are not secure. You may lose the job anytime. Performance is solely based on scores and not your talent. You fail to reach the performance target and you're out.
