Pre covid amazon had always set its standards high, I liked the work culture and working in the office was great fun

Dislikes

Post covid hiring standard for managers has reduced all we have now is damagers who will ruin careers and lay offs employees and simply ask questions or have any disagreement about the process, managers are trained to retaliate and target hard working employees and promote and give good hikes to who support all the wrongs of managers, never choose amazon. I request you I suffered mentally and it impacted my personal life worst, working in small companies with good leaders is better than this toxic environment....Read More
