Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good and bonus every year. Companies takes good care of the employees by arranging excursion once in a quarter and providing annual gifts.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but the appraisal and growth is less. Management doesn't address our issues.

The job is good. I learnt many soft skills over the year's. There is training available for the course your interested in. I learnt lot about catalog after joining the company

Holidays are good anything apart from this is not good.

Dislikes

No work life balance, no appraisal. No ijp and false quality check. Fake promises for appraisal and also nothing for contract employee as they never extend contract.
