No job security. No business ethics nor policies are followed. Everything is only on paper. People with Shetty Sir name can only survive since this company is run by Mangalore Shetty family. Final settlements are not given as per work contracts signed.

Dislikes

Lot of dirty politics. Good for people who have no self motivation and goals. Company sold the PPE KITS during covid pandemic situation for 10 times of production costs and made profits in crores and removed the honest and hard working entire team even with out giving settlements.

Work Details

No time for personal family life. This is the worsts company where in the management has taken a decision to terminate the entire honest and hard working team just because they didn't have a Sir name of Shetty. Directors are puppets under Shetty family.
