Nature of work Placing a order in a system and making a follow up over telecon with the supplier and co-ordinate with stores person to get an indent for new order and co-ordinating according to manager comuunication

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
