Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a Massive Cafeteria, Working Men's Hostel and Working Women's Hostel separately, Guest House for Business partners and company officials, Creche, Townships for Emergency and essential employees, Huge Auditorium, and Hospital for employees, Company policies are good , appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and Bonus Every year. I have no words to express about this company. No company like this " Never after Ever before"...Read More

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
