They are in an impulsive hiring mode, once you clear the rounds, they want you to join the very same day.

Once you start looking at things below the surface or beyond your swipe in and swipe out, there are a lot of red flags. They ask you to join immediately after clearing interviews so that you don't get enough time to search about them. IT assets are outdated. Everything is securely kept in their Gurugram office. If you look at the top members, you find that a lot of them have same surnames. They manage to give excuses rather than confirming an employee who would have completed probation anywhere else on the planet. They manage to give excuses and ask employees to do work with unlicensed software so that they don't have to compromise on their margins.
