If someone wants to save their career never think of joining Amadeus Labs. Work culture is service based with Indian managers doing micro management. Pay is not upto market standard, and promotion is highly partical. Year end review is just a joke, and done for namesake.

It appears that individuals like Mr. Sandeep Dwivedi supported by senior management including javier Laforgue and CEO Luis Maroto, are prioritising personal connections and potential business deals,such as those with Indigo for their own benefit .This focus on personal gain is allegedly causing severe harm to employees, leading to unfair terminations, toxic work culture and hire and fire mentality . Such practices are leaving lasting damage on employees lives and another case like EY might happen if the pattern continues. Work life balance is good as it is a European company. They do not expect anyone to work beyond 5.30pm IST. If you want a settled career and have no greed for promotions and big hikes then go for this peaceful company.

They are forcing people to come to office 3 days a week. This is a waste of time as Bangalore traffic is a huge mess. Company should have provided an option to permanently work from home.
