HR is very supportive. But if team lead is a mess then say bye to your work-life balance. Less compensation for a lot of work.

Job security is high even for incompetent employees. Compensation is very less.

It was okay. I was driven to move out of the company because I had to work nights sometimes weekend during peak periods.
