Highly fragmented jobs with huge churn ratio , Career advancement is slow or non existent, too heavy managerial layer just for people management. Most of the new hire top management come with a service industry mindset and probably just plan to retire peacefully. Poor decision makers and no leverage ( at mercy of main sites). Everything! I learnt from the best in the industry, worked with stakeholders from all over the world, people are very positive and I felt that the company's contribution to the world was great. They follow the best practices and processes when it comes to software development and releases.
