I was fortunate to start my career here and by the end of three years it raised me into such a level that without any hesitation I was able to ask for 100%hike in the salary at my new workplace and I had received it too..

Dislikes

Not sure about current situation but while I was serving there Alva's used to be ruled by few people and they were doing favouritism to their puppets..Student's opinions were not valid and nobody was concerned of it.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
