First and foremost the company is typically Marwadi/lala organization family run business. Hard-working people are never recognise and rewards. Company total depend/run on the sales coordinator people. Buttering and licking people are rewards with good increment and promotions. Sales person have no professional sense and manners. First time i have come cross the department name MDO that has no clue on the reports they do. No flexibility in working hrs/time also. HR doesn't bother to pick up call also very unprofessional and rude behaviour. Too much work load on the sales coordinator people. No proper facilities of washroom for female employees. Stock are always mismatch and no accountability on warehouse people. Accounts department doesn't even bother to cross check the PI and discount structure so much lazy people. Poor and unclear communication lead to misunderstanding and mistrust among the team member. Poor management and lack of support. employees engage in gossip create toxic environment. Not a good company for career. company growing but your career spoiled any time. This called tropically LALA co. if you time pass its Ok, otherwise avoided this co for career.
