there is nothing to like about this company. they doesnt value the one who does all the hardwork. managers who do nothing take all the credit of lower level staffs work. qualifies engineers are made to work under illiterate managers

there is a decrimimation among manager level and engineer level..management only hears to managers and managers only makes their own increment by fooling management..and one more thing it is still confusion who the real management is. bcoz when it comes to provide facilities to lower level of employee everybody starts ignoring..theonly person who does buttering finds success in this company. it is company who fired half of its employees during covid and they also didnt paid the casual employees who worked during lockdown times when there was shortage of workers. this company management is so bad that they make u feel humiliated by degrading your post so that u yourself give resign and leave job. there is no payout system for employees. you will find that your junior who calls you sir is getting morr salary than u....Read More
