Technical growth depends on project and manager.

Dislikes

Poor work-life balance, poor management, poor client handling, bulky application with multiple versions. They dont even buy time from clients to upgrade the system.

Recognition of hard work was not up to the mark, and lot of limitations on the access to technology that we work on.

Work culture and the quality of work is very good but lacks process, Very good team members, Overall growth is good u got to learn things but learning evaporates at certain point.

Dislikes

No proper process that it follows, they take decisions quickly without analysing but ends up with a meeting for analysis again, which is waste of time.

Work Details

I enjoyed my work really well.Team mates are great and they support you a lot.Managers are great in encouraging individuals. Work culture is great.
