There is no proper management, it is like west of dust which is useless. No proper salary distribution i think altruist is one of worast company i have ever join. Don’t look in spelling understand the emotions.

Full & Final settlements are not resolved in a timely manner. Middle & Top management are fully insulated from ground realities & are not empathetic towards employee concerns.

Still all who left waiting for final settlement even after 6 months. Targeting when u decide to leave the company. No salary hike no infrastructure as a call center they dont even have headphones

Infrastructure of altruist is very bad there is no appraisal no promotion work in same salary with that daily torture and unnecessary deduction from salary after applying leaves from TL

Zero work life balance. No appraisal. No job security at all especially to the girls. The Assistant Manager Qodesh Johnson he has a very bad eyes towards girls, totally unsafe for them to work under him.. Environment is not also good at all. That AM has an affair with the TL named Mahima Yogi. Always fake commitment to the customers. Salary issue they will deduct 40 to 50% salary without any reason and will never give them....Read More
